Victoria Park is built around the Albany Highway strip — one of Perth's most diverse stretches of restaurants and cafés — and sits just across the river from Crown Perth at Burswood, putting it close to some of the city's biggest entertainment venues. It's a dense, walkable inner suburb with a genuine mix of long-term residents and a growing number of apartment dwellers.
Street parking and smaller character-home driveways are common here, similar to Leederville and Mount Lawley, and we're well set up to work efficiently in those tighter spaces. Being so close to Crown Perth also means we occasionally detail cars ahead of an event night at the casino or entertainment precinct.
